Reservation Info

     Special Events     
The whole house may be rented for meetings and parties.  
          Cost is $150, plus tax, for up to four hours.

       Occupancy   
We can sleep up to six people in the house at one time and we welcome couples, families with children over 12, long-term guests and business travelers. 

Discounts
A 10% discount is given on rentals of more than one night.   Rentals of five consecutive nights or longer receive a 20% discount.     

Dogs
Well mannered dogs accompanied by their owners are welcome in the Schultz Suite only and a kennel is available in the backyard.

 Payment
Visa, MasterCard, and personal or corporate checks are accepted.   Reservations will be held with a credit card number.   

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days before scheduled arrival and will incur a $10 fee. 
Cancellations received less than 7 days before scheduled arrival will be charged a fee equal to a single night rate for the room reserved.  If we are able to re-book the room, only the standard fee of $10 will apply.

    Check In/Out
   Check-in is after 4 pm and check-out is 11 am but we can be flexible with advance notice.

Smoking is allowed ONLY on the front porch and back deck.
   
         Parking is available off-street behind the house.
